Belief shows through

As we enter April and National Poetry Month, this quote reminds us that whatever the subject of our poems, stories, or essays, the essence of who we are and what we believe is evident.
I used to tell my children that whenever they listened to or heard someone’s version of a story or reportage of “facts,” ideas or opinions, if the paid careful attention, they would learn far more about the speaker/writer than about the topic. I see now, that in essence, I was saying “Belief sows through.”

Well said, Tracy! Our true selves are on display in a hundred little ways and especially when we communicate.
